This is an introductory course on networking; in today’s
world a basic understanding of networking is important for everyone. This
course will provide a basic overview of some common networking concepts. We
will discuss basic terminology, common protocols, responsibilities and
characteristics of the different layers of networking w.r.t to different
networking models. The course stresses understanding how and why networks work,
rather than focusing on memorization of terms or numbers.
Upon completion of the course, you will be capable of
performing basic computer networking tasks. This course will also give you the
foundation training for CCNA Certification or employment in a computer
networking career.
Pre-Requisite:
A little knowledge of computer sciences, understanding of
networking applications, Understanding of computer hardware and Computer memory
is necessary before starting this course.
